We hire experienced caregivers who have been working in homecare and are qualified to provide the services needed in your home. We obtain references from reliable sources such as previous clients, healthcare institutions and agencies. All employees are required to complete a CORI check (Criminal Offender Record Information). Berkshire Home Care requires caregivers to fulfill appropriate requirements including Home Health Aide state competency exam provided by the MA Council for Home Care Aide Services, Inc. We provide Licensed Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Qualified Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, Companions, Therapists.

Our philosophy of homecare is to always provide the highest quality home care to our clients so they can remain safe and independent at home. We are dedicated to bringing you the kind of sensitive, compassionate, caring touch you should expect from us. We believe that our caregivers should be well paid and treated with respect which helps us to attract and maintain the best quality caregivers available.

You are! You will be in charge of everything. You have the right to be involved in your care at all times. We will work to keep you comfortable in your home while you are recuperating.
